My stay was incredibly disappointing. The check-in process was frustrating, and the rude staff set a negative tone for the stay. The room situation was a nightmare, as we were given an occupied room and had to deal with a broken heater. Overall, it felt poorly managed and definitely not worth the money we paid.

The only plus was that I managed to get my money back after bringing attention to the numerous issues. It’s definitely not worth your time or money.
